What is Me&Medik8?

Me&Medik8 is our new rewards programme, where we reward you for your loyalty to Medik8. You’ll earn points as you purchase online at Medik8.com as well as for other activities such as referring your friends, signing up to our newsletters and, of course, for your birthday. As soon as you collect 50 points, you can start to convert them into reward vouchers for money off future orders and work your way up our tier scheme to unlock a whole host of additional benefits! It’s simple: the more you spend, the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone with an existing account on Medik8.com is automatically enrolled, and new customers will need to create an account in order to enrol.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point per £1 you spend, which you will receive 35 days after your order date. You can also earn points for referring friends, leaving product reviews, signing up to the newsletter and much more.

Where can I view my points balance?

Log into your account via the Me&Medik8 Rewards page and you will see your points balance for both approved points and pending points towards the top of the page.

I have completed an activity to earn points, but the points are not appearing in my account?

If you have completed activities 'Create an account', 'Sign up to receive our newsletter' and ' Follow us on Instagram', the points should immediately appear in your account. Try refreshing your browser window if the points are not appearing.  If the points have still not appeared after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team on hello@medik8.com.  

If you have completed the activity 'Tell us your birthday', the points will be given on your birthday. If you are in tier 'Crystal Deluxe' you will have up to one month to choose your free gift from the date of your birthday.

If you have completed activity 'Write a review via email', these points can take up to 10 days to appear in your account from the date of submitting your review.

If you have made a purchase, purchased a sustainable refill or a friend has purchased using your referral link, these points will be given 35 days after the date of purchase.

Please contact our Customer Care team on hello@medik8.com if points do not appear 48 hours after the date expected.

Why are my points showing as ‘pending’?

Points will appear as pending until verified. This applies to purchases, referrals and reviews. Once verified the points status will change to approved and you will be able to convert these points into reward vouchers to get money off future orders.

Points for purchases will be approved 35 days after the date of purchase.

Points for referrals will be approved 35 days after the date your friend has placed an order.

Points for reviews are approved once the review has been published, which can take up to 10 days after the date the review was submitted.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' points statuses mean?

When logged in, navigate  your way to the Me&Medik8 Reward page where there is a summary of your history in the ‘Your Recent Activity’ section that includes points collection and spend, with a status for each activity.

Approved: These points can be converted into reward vouchers immediately.

Pending: These points must be verified before they can be swapped for reward vouchers. This typically applies to purchases, referrals or reviews.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points will expire 12 months after the date of being approved.

I would like to submit a review via email, but I haven't received the email?

Review request emails are sent 30 days after the order date.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, log in to your account and navigate your way to the Me&Medik8 Rewards page. Scroll down to the 'Choose Your Rewards' section, where you’ll be able to convert your points into a reward voucher to get money off your next order. Each reward voucher includes a unique code which you must enter at checkout. Your points must be converted into reward vouchers before they can be used. 

You can view your reward vouchers and unique codes at any time from the ‘Your Recent Activity’ section on the Me&Medik8 Rewards page. Simply click ‘Approved’ for the reward voucher you want to use to retrieve the code.

Please note only one reward voucher can be used per order, and they can't be used with any discount code or promotion that might be running at that time.

I have converted my points into a reward voucher, but I can't find the unique code?

If you have converted points into a reward voucher, it will appear in the 'Your Recent Activity' table with an approved status. Simply click ‘Approved’ for the reward voucher you want to use to retrieve the code.

Do I get my points back if I return my order?

Yes - if every item in your order is returned and the whole amount refunded then the points go back into your account automatically. 

No - if you only return part of an order,  you won't get your points back.

Using Rewards

Can I use my reward vouchers with any other promotion?

No, only one reward voucher can be used per order, and they cannot be used to purchase products discounted as part of a promotion.

Can I use my reward vouchers with marked down products in the Winter Sale?

Yes, you can use your reward voucher towards the purchase of any product(s) marked down as part of the Winter Sale.

Refer A Friend

What is Refer A Friend?

For every successful referral, the Referrer will be eligible for Me&Medik8 Points and the Referral Customer will receive a link that gives them a discount that may be used towards their first order.

Can I use my referral discount with any other promotion?

No, referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Can I use my referral discount with marked down products in the Winter Sale?

Yes, you can use your referral discount towards the purchase of any product(s) marked down as part of the Winter Sale event.

How do I receive my Me&Medik8 Points when my friend has made their first order?

Visit the Me&Medik8 Rewards page and make sure to log in. Once you are logged in you’ll see the balance of your Me&Medik8 Points. Please allow some time for your account to update, if you have not received your Me&Medik8 Points more than 30 days after your friend has made their purchase please contact our Customer Care team at hello@medik8.com.

Is there a limit to how many friends or family members I can refer?

No. Go ahead and earn as many Me&Medik8 Points as you can as long as these are genuine referrals and your Referral Customer is eligible.

What happens if a friend or family member I refer cancels or returns their order within 30 days?

Any pending points will be cancelled.

Other

Can I exchange or return my birthday gift?

Please note that any birthday gift rewarded as part of the Me&Medik8 programme once redeemed is non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged. If there are any problems regarding your gift, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@medik8.com.

How do I leave the programme?

If you no longer wish to participate, please contact us on hello@medik8.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any Me&Medik8 Points, available discount codes and benefits.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us on hello@medik8.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, you will have lost any previous Me&Medik8 Points, discount codes and benefits.
