Me&Medik8 Rewards

What is Me&Medik8?

Me&Medik8 is our new rewards programme, where we reward you for your loyalty to Medik8. You’ll earn points as you purchase on as well as for other activities such as referring your friends, signing up to our newsletters and, of course, for your birthday. As you collect more points, you’ll be able to swap them for vouchers and redeem these for money off your future orders. You'll also be able to work your way up our reward tiers to unlock a whole host of additional benefits! It’s simple: spend more to get more.

Who can participate?

Anyone with an existing account with is automatically eligible to be enrolled, and new customers will need to create an account in order to be eligible for enrollment.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point per £1 you spend on, and receive them 30 days after your order date. You can also earn points for other activities such as referring your friends, leaving product reviews, signing up to the newsletter and much more.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' points statuses mean?

When logged in, the Me&Medik8 web page has a summary of your activity history including points collection and spend, with a status for each activity.

Approved: These points can be redeemed for discount codes immediately.

Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed. This typically applies to purchases, referrals or reviews.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, head toMe&Medik8and log in. Scroll down to the 'Redeem Rewards' section where you will be able to swap your points for a voucher. Your points must be converted to vouchers before they can be redeemed at checkout. Please note only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Can I use my discount codes with any other promotion?

Please note only one discount code can be used per order, including other promotions that might be running at that time.

What is Refer a Friend?

For every successful referral, the Referrer will be eligible for Me&Medik8 Points and the Referral Customer will receive a  discount code that may be redeemed against their first order.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I amend it once it’s been submitted?

We’ve all been there - don’t panic. We will do our utmost to amend your order if we can. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day, so do get in contact with us as soon as possible. Click here to contact us.

Do you have a discount code I can use?

From time to time, we offer discounts on selected products via our newsletter. Log in to your account to sign up. Go into My Account by clicking on the person symbol in the top right hand corner of your screen, then choose 'Newsletter Subscriptions' and ensure the 'General Subscription' box is ticked.

I live outside the UK. Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?

If you order outside of the UK, you may have to pay any custom charges and taxes that are applied by your local authority.

How can I get bespoke skincare advice tailored to me?

Nothing beats a face to face consultation with a trained professional. We’d recommend visiting one of our trained Medik8 professionals at your local stockist who can carry out a detailed analysis of your skin and lifestyle and devise a tailored Medik8 programme just for you. This has become so popular that we now have aprogramme called 12 Weeks to WOW to help transform skin over just 3 months. Find your local stockist here.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not - we do not test on animals, nor do we ask any other company or suppliers to test on our behalf. Developments in science mean that we do not require any animal testing to ensure cosmetic products are safe and effective. We adhere to strict European regulations that also prohibit animal testing in cosmetics. We take the matter of checking our supplier compliance very seriously as an integral part of our product development process. We look forward to the day when animal testing is banned worldwide, forever. 

Can I use Medik8 products during pregnancy or when nursing?

Unfortunately, as a cosmetic brand we are unable to provide specific medical advice relating to our products. We would strongly advise speaking with your GP or Midwife so that they can give you an accurate recommendation. The full ingredients list for each of our products can be found on the product pages of the Medik8 website.

However, for general guidance, the main ingredient we recommend to avoid during pregnancy or nursing is vitamin A; found in Intelligent Retinol, Crystal Retinal, any r-Retinoate and Night Ritual Vitamin A. We also recommend to avoid using Smooth Body Lotion during pregnancy/nursing.

Are Medik8 products vegan-friendly?

The majority of Medik8 products are certified by The Vegan Society and are highlighted as such in the ‘Good To Know’ section of each product detail page on the website. We are moving very quickly with The Vegan Society to validate those that are currently not. 

Since 2019, we have self-certified our products as vegan friendly based on having no animal based ingredients in any of our final formulas (which is still the case). Voluntarily, we have since decided to put all products through an even more stringent vegan assessment via the experts in this field, The Vegan Society, to ensure we have third-party verified and documented evidence of such throughout our entire end-to-end supply chain. If you have any queries about the vegan status of a particular product, please contact our Customer Care team who can give you the very latest detail.

Are Medik8 products fragranced?

To create a beautiful product which we know our customers will want to use every day, we use "low-fragrance" in some products as experience is absolutely key to Medik8. For example, we sometimes use a low level of essential oils to imbue each formula with a subtle and elegant aroma. The fragrances themselves are at low levels and with reduced allergens - less than 0.15% in total. At these tiny percentages they are extremely unlikely to irritate the skin.

Do you have samples I can try?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer product samples currently. We encourage you to visit one of our stockists so you can test our products in person. Find your local stockist here.

I think I’ve had a reaction to a Medik8 product. What shall I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that and rest assured, this is quite rare. Please ensure you cease use of the suspected product immediately. If you bought the product via, please contact our Customer Care Team at or call us on (0)20 8712 6020 to discuss your concerns. If you bought via your local Medik8 stockist or another online retailer, please contact them directly for advice.

How do I prime my Crystal Retinal or other airless tube?

Our next-gen Crystal Retinal formula is housed in our silver, airless tubes, for optimal stability.

Sometimes, it can take a little while for the pump to get going. This is quite common with this type of pump, and is known as priming. You can prime it by pressing the pump multiple times until some product comes out.

If you are finding that this is not the case for your product, we have a further 3 top tips to help you pump your Crystal Retinal.

1) Try holding your tube with the pump facing down when pressing on the pump.

2) Squeeze the tube as you press the pump; start squeezing from the top of the tube and moving down towards the pump.

3) Make sure to store Crystal Retinal standing up, on its lid so gravity pulls the formula downwards.

Where’s my nearest Medik8 stockist?

Medik8 is a professional skincare brand so you will find us in specialist beauty salons, clinics, medispas and doctors’ offices across the world. We are in around 2000 points of sale globally as well as selected specialist online e-tailers.

If you are in the UK, you can contact our distributor, Skinbrands, on 0333 014 2434, who will be able to tell you your 5 closest Medik8 stockists. Alternatively, you can fill in their online form here.

We’d love to have you on board. We obviously have a few criteria we expect from our stockists like space and visibility for the brand, trained therapists eager to learn about Medik8 and mutually agreed sales targets to ensure we build a profitable, scalable business together.
