How to Use

First-time use

If you're new to Retinol 3TR, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before first use. Learn how to patch test here.

Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.


Step 1

After cleansing in the evening, massage 4 drops across the face, neck and décolletage.


Step 2

Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser. We recommend Advanced Night Restore which is specifically designed to be used after vitamin A.

What's the difference between Retinol 3TR and Intelligent Retinol?
Retinol 3TR is our original, youth-renewing vitamin A serum that kick-started our innovations within vitamin A technology. Intelligent Retinol is based on our original retinol serum but is enhanced with climbazole - a renowned retinol booster for enhanced age-defying power. Intelligent Retinol is also available in a choice of 3 progressive strengths.
Can I use Retinol 3TR while pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a cosmetics company, we are unable to provide product advice in relation to medical conditions such as pregnancy or breastfeeding. We strongly recommend discussing the ingredients with your GP or midwife before use. We do, however, generally recommend avoiding vitamin A use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I use Retinol 3TR alongside vitamin C formulas?
Absolutely. In fact we recommend it as part of our pioneering CSA Philosophy which champions vitamin C plus sunscreen by day, vitamin A by night as the simple secret to glowing, youthful-looking skin.
