COVID-19 International Delivery Information

During this unprecedented time, we are still despatching online orders within 2 working days while running a skeleton crew and strict social distancing measures. Unfortunately, many of our usual carriers’ services have been affected by the situation and so services internationally are delayed. Please see below for current services to your country. This page is updated frequently.

PLEASE NOTE: this list is by exception so only shows those countries where there are current delays. If your country is not listed below, please assume a good service.


CURRENT SHIPPING SERVICES BY COUNTRY



    • In light of the current circumstances, we are now providing 2 international delivery options:


      1. Standard international delivery at a cost of $10 or FREE when you spend $120. Approximate delivery times are 5-10 working days.
      2. Express international delivery (where available) at a cost of $20 or FREE when you spend $120. Approximate delivery times are 3-5 working days.

      Please note:
      International deliveries may take longer to arrive than usual but your tracking link on your order shipping email will remain updated. Also, many of our carriers are now operating ‘contactless delivery’ where they may leave your parcel in a safe place rather than handing it to you personally. Please ensure you check around your property before contacting us to report a lost parcel.
    • To track your parcel, please click on your tracking number at the top of the shipping confirmation email.
    • We're here to help. If for any reason you need to return any Medik8 product bought via this website, please contact our customer service team for easy and helpful instructions.

      We usually offer a 30-Day Returns Policy

      Purchase direct from Medik8.com/int with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that any product is returned to us at least half full within 30 days after purchase. We understand this may be more difficult during this COVID-19 period so have extended our policy. We still ask that you contact us to gain a returns number within the 30 day period, but we understand you may not be able to physically return to us until outside this period and that’s absolutely fine.

      Please remember, when returning any kit item (including any custom CSA kits), you must return the entire set. You will then receive a full product refund (to the same payment method used for purchase) or product exchange as you prefer.

      Simply contact us for a returns number and upon eventual receipt of your product when things are up and running again, we will issue you with a refund.

      Please note that if you have purchased your Medik8 products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly in accordance with their own returns policy.
