The skin
under the eye is very thin. When blood
passes through the large veins close to
the surface of the skin it can produce
a bluish tint. The more transparent your
skin, the darker the circles appear. Dark
circles under or around the eyes can be
caused by many different factors.

One
cause of dark circles in the accumulation
of haemoglobin and coloured degragation
product (bilirubin and iron) in
the dermis and epidermis. Contains
N-Hydroxysuccinate which makes iron
more soluble and easier to eliminate.
Contains Chrisin which stimulates
the enzyme (UGT1A1) leading to the
clearance of bilirubin. Contains
hydrolysed bran protein and oxido-reductases
which work as Collagenase and Elastase
inhibitors thereby strengthening
connective tissue. Also contains
a tetrapeptide which suppresses
checmical messengers such as IL6
that trigger an accute inflammatory
response. Built-in Antioxidants
reduce the presence and damage of
free radicals. Reflective optical
particles additionally reduce the
'shadow effect', giving an all-round
cosmetic solution to the appearance
of dark circles. Glycerin increases
hydration and reduction of transepidermal
water loss.
Apply twice daily (Under eye area only). Product should be used after cleansing area or removing eye make up. Apply a very small amount under the eye area, beginning at the sides of the nose and working outwards toward the temples. Do not apply on upper eyelid. Allow to absorb before applying hydrator, sunscreen and/or make-up. Application of Injection-Free products (if used) should precede Dark Circles.
